By creating an account or using GRNDWORK in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GRNDWORK on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
GRNDWORK is a GPS-based event operations platform that enables event organizers to plan venue layouts, assign crew tasks, coordinate setup teams, and track task completion in real time. The platform includes map-based planning tools, crew management features, materials tracking, and photo verification capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. GRNDWORK is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
GRNDWORK offers several subscription tiers including Per Event, Starter, Professional, Studio, and Enterprise plans. Pricing is listed on our pricing page and is subject to change with notice.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize GRNDWORK to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at the email address below. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
You agree to use GRNDWORK only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
— Use the platform to harass, harm, or intimidate others.
— Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
— Use the platform to transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
— Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the platform without express written permission.
— Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to GRNDWORK, including photos, event data, and placement information. By uploading content, you grant GRNDWORK a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and represent that you have the rights to share it.
GRNDWORK collects real-time GPS location data from crew members as a core feature of the platform. By using the crew features of GRNDWORK, crew members consent to their location being visible to the event organizer during active events. Location data is not shared with third parties and is only used to provide the coordination features of the platform.
GRNDWORK and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GRNDWORK and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.
GRNDWORK is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRNDWORK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to GRNDWORK in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GRNDWORK will first be subject to a 30-day informal negotiation period. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to binding arbitration in the state of Arizona in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the courts of Arizona.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of GRNDWORK after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
